Additional imagery, mapping and aerials have been integrated into RPNZ

From Tuesday you’ll have more options – from every property summary screen in RPNZ you’ll be able to launch directly into Google Street View, Google Maps and Aerials, Microsoft Live Maps and Aerials, and immediately see the property. You can now choose the map or aerial that gives you the best outlook for a property or area.

Google Street View allows you to navigate 360 degree street level images of New Zealand’s cities, towns, regions, and remote areas. You can:

• quickly identify a property
• get a feel for a street and surrounding area
• view local facilities and amenities
• easily identify comparable sales.

You will still be able to use our existing mapping application including property boundaries and layers and for the inclusion in your CMA reports by clicking the ‘Map’ button.
