New Training Room

More interactive training sessions are available with the development of a specialised training room. A training room has been developed in PropertyIQ's Auckland office that can accommodate up to 12 people allowing rpnz.co.nz users in the Auckland region to attend group training sessions. “The training room enables agents to have a more hands on training session. Having a computer available for each attendee means they can have a have ‘play’ on rpnz.co.nz making it a lot easier for people to learn. I can work along side them rather than just speaking to them” says Julie Waymouth, RPNZ Trainer.

Steve Wymer, Sales Director Professionals for PropertyIQ believes the training room is a positive step forward for RPNZ. “Our in-house training room is great – it ensures our valued customers receive training to maxmise the use of our services whilst being up skilled in a relaxed group environment”.

The training room was opened on Wednesday 23 July 2008, with a morning and afternoon session. Both training sessions were very successful with positive feedback from all attendees.

Group training will be available every Wednesday with sessions covering a complete review of rpnz.co.nz, using Current Market Appraisals (CMA’s), On the Market (OTM), Quick and Advanced Reporting, and how to use rpnz.co.nz as a prospecting tool. Sessions will be tailored to meet the needs of intermediate and advanced users of rpnz.co.nz.
